Meet yoga teacher, Sarbjeet
Sarbjeet Kalia, Director and founder of Indian Yoga & Meditation Centre Inc. (RYS 200) is a certified & experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E.R.Y.T) at 200 hour level . Sarbjeet's incredible yoga journey comprised of over 30 years of hatha yoga practice and vast teaching experience in Eastern and Western countries. He has done Bachelor of Engineering and a diploma in hatha yoga and is CYT, RYT200, ERYT200 with Yoga Alliance since 2003. He set aside his carrier in engineering to pursue his love and passion for the yoga practice and teachings.He is a lead trainer for the yoga teacher training programs in Brampton and has taught several YTT groups to their entire satisfaction for the last 12 years.

REgistered yoga school (rys-200)
Indian Yoga and Meditation Centre is a Registered Yoga School (RYS-200) with the Yoga Alliance, USA since 2007. Our yoga teacher training curriculum stands approved by the Yoga alliance, USA in the training of Hatha Yoga.Upon successful completion of our teacher training one would be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at 200 hr level.
