With the authentic hatha yoga knowledge and training received from the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh located in India. Sarbjeet happily shares his experiences with his students and encourages them to lead a yogic life style for health, happiness and total peace.

Hello, I have been going to this studio for almost ten years. The owner and staff instructors are very knowledgeable, respectful, well trained, courteous and helpful. The studio is very clean and during COVID, the guidelines were followed. I believe that the yoga asanas, postures, that I have learnt at this studio have helped me recover expedietly from knee surgery. I do believe that I get more than what I pay for. Sometimes, the studio also offers many free karma hot yoga classes occasionally to members, taught by the studio students-in-training. Overall my health has improved since I am attending this studio and I look forward to going there on a regular basis.
